Delta Tactical Training Group is a veteran-owned, civilian firearms and self-defense training company located in the Northern California, Bay Area. Established in 2011, Delta Tactical has remained committed to providing unrivaled personal safety and self-defense training opportunities for men and women interested in learning how to safely protect themselves against dangerous threatening situations.

We are currently looking for admin support to set up the training classes for our instructor. The classes are primarily on Saturday and Sunday. This position requires availability for both days.

Essential Duties
  • Prepare the training facility for the course by ensuring all training materials are complete and set up prior to the course, set up the projector.
  • Assist the trainer during the courses if needed.
  • Greet customers as they enter the facility. (Follow COVID requirements)
  • Create and print our certificates after the course is completed.
  • Copy all documents completed during the course and place it into a folder for that day.
  • Create training files with all documents for future courses.
  • Creating targets for the firearm range.
  • Create plastic baggies with bullets for the participants in the course.
  • Sell company merchandise if needed. (Earplugs, etc)
  • Perform other duties and functions as required as needed or assigned by management.
Skills
  • Experience in security is helpful.
  • Knowledge of PayPal is a plus for processing payments for company merchandise.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 1 year of experience in a support role.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • MUST be able to commit to working both Saturday and Sunday if needed.
