Accountant - Entry Level

You'll be a part of a dynamic team, where your skills in account coding, accounting software systems, and ERP solutions will be utilized.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Participating in the budgeting process and contributing to financial planning
• Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient data management
• Applying knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Adobe Acrobat in daily operations
• Conducting account analysis to identify discrepancies and correct errors
• Processing accounting entries in accordance with company standards
• Performing account reconciliations to maintain accurate records
• Managing accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Utilizing ERP solutions for managing accounting functions
• Ensuring all accounting tasks adhere to company policies and regulations
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge and proficiency in accounting software systems
• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Dynamics NAV
• Proficiency in Account Coding and Account Analysis
• Experience in performing accounting functions and making accounting entries
• Competence in account reconciliation and handling accounts payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management
• Ability to understand and apply accounting principles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and departments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling and maintaining financial records
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
