Anesthesia Technician Immediate Opportunity - Rochester - ref. g13894519

Schedule: Position is Monday-Friday. No call requirement. Hours can be flexible if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up anesthesia equipment and supplies for surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Assist anesthesia providers with patient positioning, connecting monitors, and preparing medication under supervision.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain anesthesia equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate anesthesia equipment, ensuring all devices function correctly.
• Stock anesthesia carts with necessary drugs, supplies, and equipment, performing regular inventory checks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Anesthesia Technician Certification (Cer.A.T.T.) preferred.
• Prior experience as an Anesthesia Technician or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, medications, and sterile techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
