Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing, leading and controlling all principle job functions anddepartment resources for the purpose of efficiently producing a product that will
satisfy customer needs.
Have a solid knowledge of CNC Set Up, program and operate CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Swill Lathe and other machine tools required.
Directly supervise production employees including mentoring, disciplining andjob performance evaluations. Meet the goals of production volume, cost and
quality targets through the effective utilization of personnel and other resources
(tooling, fixtures, gauges, etc). Follow planning needs as outlined by Management.
Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures while promoting a safe workingenvironment.
The essential functions of this role include:
- manual lifting up to 40lbs
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
