The POD Rebates Manager will manage the data collection, submission and collection of rebates associated with our deviated pricing contracts from our suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive to solution on complex problems.

The Rebates Manager will lead the team of Rebate Analysts and assist in various projects that ultimately drive efficiency and accuracy in the POD Rebates process.

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of vendor pricing contracts process and POD rebate requirements by vendor.
  • Manage vendor rebate claims process from claim calculation to collection, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
  • Develop tools and reports to analyze aged balances due from vendors and pursue credits
  • Assign and maintain proper workload of vendor assignments to rebate claims team members.
  • Onboard and train new team members.
  • Assist with developing procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy to minimize rebate denials.
  • Monitor the monthly Rebate submission process to verify that all reporting, submission and collections processes are properly completed.
  • Develop KPI reporting for contracts department.
  • Oversee rebate discrepancy reports and reconcile differences with suppliers.
Salary: $65k/yr

Hours/Shift: Monday -Friday 9-5am

Qualifications:

You have:

  • Data: Ability to work with large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaning of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Problem solving skills: Ability to use logic and innovative methods to solve problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. An aptitude to learn other technical applications quickly.
  • Collaborative approach: Ability to build effective relationships with our Sales team, Source suppliers and other business partners.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
