Job Description

Stenzo Tech is looking for a skilled Data Analyst/Engineer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency for our clients.
You will leverage your analytical expertise and technical skills to collect, process, and analyze large datasets, creating tools and dashboards that enhance data visibility and accessibility. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving, has a strong understanding of data modeling and analytics, and is proficient in various data analysis tools and programming languages.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards that summarize findings and visualize trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to support business decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to data management and analysis processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging data technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights.
