Overview:

Community First is looking for a Part Time Housekeeper to join our team!

This Housekeeping position ensures the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: Starts at $14 per hour and goes up based on experiance

Responsibilities:

• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as directed by supervisor, including any areas assigned to.
• Follow all Infection Control Protocols when cleaning.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Cleaning “Top to Bottom” and double checking work before leaving the area to ensure its left in a safe condition.
• Check and refill all paper towel and soap dispensers as necessary
• Follow soiled and clean laundry protocols
• Keep janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms clean, orderly and secured.
• Participates in all trainings, meetings and in-services as requested.
• Submit maintenance request of general maintenance concerns or issues that are observed.
• Other job duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least one year experience preferred.

Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:

• Ability to operate all equipment used by EVS staff effectively and safely.
• Must be able to lift, carry and/or move equipment/supplies throughout assigned areas. Equipment could occasionally weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Must have good verbal and written communication.
