Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Actalent is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Center Coordinator to join our team at our Jacksonville, FL Corporate office!
Compensation:
- $20.19
- Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter

- Full Time | 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM
- Hybrid | 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Job Summary
The OSG Center Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the OSG (Operations Support Group) while providing superior customer service, administrative support, event/meeting coordination, and a high level of reporting support.
Essential Functions- Provide administrative support to all OSG employees as well as Actalent employees in the West Coast Corporate facility.
- Maintain, order and organize all office supplies.
- Act as the point of contact for all system/building related issues for Actalent in the West Coast Corporate facility.
- Assist with mail services for Actalent West Coast Corporate facility.
- Administrative coverage/partnership with the local admins in both centers
- Maintain active employee list/organizational chart and seating location detail. Including management of WISP software.
- Partner with the OSG Floor Trainers and Supervisors to manage the office related onboarding and offboarding activities for internal employees including supply/desk set-up and clearing, name tag updates, etc.
- OSG departmental reporting including but not limited to-
- OSG Aging Report
- In Process Report
- EID Clean-up Report
- Spread Adjustment Report
- Leave Accrual Report, BUR Report
- Write-Off/Reapply Report
- Manage meeting room calendars
- Partner with OSG leadership to assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference. These tasks could include room and meeting logistics, note taking, agenda creation, meal ordering, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree preffered
- 6 months+ of experience as an Admin or Business Operations Associate preffered
- Ability to build strong partnerships with all internal customers, both in their own office and from a distance
- Self-starter/initiator/natural team player
- Ability to balance individual workload through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow up
- Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
- Seeks growth and self-improvement
