Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Lake Forest, California. In this role, you will be expected to manage and optimize the accounts receivable process within our organization. This position will involve managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Oversee the call center and billing operations on a daily basis.
• Handle processing of both check and credit card payments.
• Prepare and update various reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Set up and manage new owner information in the system, including creating new owner packages.
• Implement fees based on requests from resort-managed properties.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of the lockbox for all cash received and complete monthly roster reconciliation.
• Manage daily online payment processing.
• Deposit checks as part of the payment process.
• Execute various payment adjustments as necessary.
• Entry-level position, no prior experience required
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle Check Deposit tasks
• Familiarity with Lock Box operations
• Capable of executing Payment Processing tasks
