EHS Administrator - Adecco

Responsibilities:

The EHS Administrator is a critical member of the Environmental, Health & Safety team, focused on administrative tasks related to safety and security. This individual will be skilled at the organization and management of multiple projects in a vibrant environment!

They will possess the ability to handle confidential information, act as a trusted partner, and role model professionalism, collaboration, and excellence!

  • Supports new hire orientation and creation of employee badges
  • Check-in visitors
  • Compliance tracking
  • Monitor ERT daily radio checks and manage the internal emergency phone line
and administratively assist during emergencies
  • Send site communication for weather alerts impacting production
  • Assist with EH&S and Security field audits
  • Assist with technical writing
  • Clean security locks
  • Fire extinguisher checks
  • Eyewash and emergency shower checks
  • Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure checks
  • First-Aid Kit and AED check and restock
  • Demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills with solid attention to
detail, and initiative to successfully complete tasks.
  • Anticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications – External/internal
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Prior administrative or project planning experience.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as work is generally of a critical or
confidential nature.
  • Experience in Microsoft office suite to include word, excel and power point.
  • Ability to take initiative and make fair and consistent decisions that align with
our values.
  • Capability to multitask and be a flexible teammate who can easily adapt to
change.
  • Maintains positive and respectful demeanor while working independently and in

a team environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
