Job Title: Senior Human Resources Specialists (HCLA55)
Implement strategic Human Resource initiatives which include performance management, compensation management, resource management, and resource assignation. Own HCL America's Human Resources Goal Matrix which measures organizational parameters viz: Average Employee Cost, Average Experience, Project Utilization, Project Rotation, Attrition PM/PL ratio, and Training Man-days per individual.
Responsible for talent acquisition through HCL Americas various lines of business such as Digital Business, Enterprise Application Services (EAS), and Enterprise Transformational Services (ETS). Support in talent acquisition activities for hiring senior level executives including Technical Architects and Managers, Delivery Leads, Engagement Managers for HCL America.
Sensitive towards employee grievances within the HCL America HR policy framework. Responsible for Manpower Forecasting, Resource Optimization, Resource Planning, and Competency Management. Drive the induction and onboarding process of new hires with a structured schedule and presentation about HCL America, its culture, and explaining its various systems, procedures, and policies.
Develop a role description system for multiple business units to define competencies comprising of both technical and business indicators with various delivery leaders. Formulate the HR Policies to strengthen, enable, and enthuse the workforce at HCL America.
Will accept a Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of Masters degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. As an initial note, no international travel will be required for this position.

Develop systems and tools in HR function for effective employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, performance review and talent acquisitions. Implement, deploy, administer, and monitor the usage of proprietary Human Resources applications and workflows at HCL America such as Smart Recruit, My Performance, Ionboard, and Ioffboard.Implement strategic Human Resource initiatives which include performance management, compensation management, resource management, and resource assignation. Liaise with Senior Managers to publish the quarterly resource forecast and workforce planning with consensus of the Delivery Unit Heads and Sales Managers, also track it through HCL Americas internal systems and applications. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Mathematics, Computer Drafting and Design, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related Human Resources role.Will accept a Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of Masters degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. As an initial note, no international travel will be required for this position.
This position will require up to 30% domestic travel within the U.S. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
