HR Generalist - Woburn

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist in the Manufacturing industry, located in Woburn, Massachusetts, United States. As a HR Generalist, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities ranging from managing employee relations to ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee benefits functions, ensuring all employees are informed and their needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, promoting transparency and open dialogue.
• Manage FMLA requests and ensure all actions are in compliance with federal laws.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records and information.
• Resolve employee inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian HR management software
• Solid understanding of Benefit Functions in HR context
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in Compliance management
• Strong capabilities in handling Employee Relations
• Knowledge and experience in handling FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) related matters
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
