We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an FP& A Manager in Kern County. This role is integral to our operations within the industry, requiring the successful candidate to oversee accounting functions, coordinate with external auditors, and engage in finance planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setting of appropriate workflows to ensure accurate data capture
• Identify risks/misstatements and implement controls to mitigate exposures
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure comprehensive financial oversight
• Compile financial statements for reporting to key stakeholders, Board Members, and Partners
• Engage in tax planning to optimize financial resources
• Develop short-term and long-term annual operating plans
• Implement metrics to track and achieve realistic results
• Collaborate with operations to comply with bank covenants
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in business systems is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in using Confluence is required.
• Must have experience with CRM systems.
• Expertise in Crystal Reports is a must.
• Experience in Data Mining Techniques is required.
• Proficiency with 'About Time' software is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Accounting Functions are crucial.
• Strong experience in Auditing is needed.
• Must have a deep understanding of Budget Processes.
• Experience in Capital Management is a strong requirement.
