We are currently seeking Warranty Booker to join our Ed Morse team.
Responsibilities:
- The Warranty Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repair
- Information and charges billed out on Repair Orders
- The position is full time with a varying schedule
- Assist Service Advisors/Managers with closing of open repair orders, and assist Technicians with booking questions
- Assist management with special projects, audits, and reports
- Perform booking of warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each repair order generated
- Create and apply purchase orders as needed for both internal and retail sub-contractors
- Organizing and filing Repair Order documentation in appropriate files
- Ensure all corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order
- Verify appropriate documentation is attached and completed
- Verify repair orders are accurate and complete
- Close repair orders in a timely fashion
- Other administrative support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be detail oriented
- Previous experience in computer required, CDK experience a plus
- Dependable and punctual
