Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will apply a wide range of specialized knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate, and document requirements to support data governance efforts. Specific duties include:-Develops, updates, and maintains data governance SharePoint site.-Analyzes, develops and revises flow charts, process models and technical specifications describing as-is or to-be data governance business processes.-Prioritizes data governance requirements and gains stakeholder agreement for projects or business process change documents detailing the project.-Assists with developing presentations to justify and explain data governance business process requirements.-Evaluates the outcomes of policy and process implementation and confirms the results are consistent with the business process specifications.-Reviews proposals from OHIP staff and recommends to management the criticality of developing or revising business process requirements and data governance projects.-Creates and maintains document library for data governance outputs and materials.-Develops communication templates and messaging for data governance bureau.
