AZAD is seeking an Interim RN Director of Quality for a W2 Contract position based in Los Angeles, California.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday through FridayAssignment Duration: 6+ Months
Compensation & Benefits: Between $725 - $750 daily rate, plus daily stipends (7 days/week) including $183 Lodging, $74 Meals, and $50 Auto/Transportation. Weekly Compensation (including stipends) between $5,774 - $5,899. Benefits include Paid Sick Time, Paid Holiday, Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.
Position Summary:The Director of Quality is responsible for the operations of care programs requiring coordination across clinical, quality, reporting and contracting teams to ensure effective implementation, compliance and contractual arrangements fulfill regulatory requirements, communication and monitoring for success of designated programs.
Leads and manages Quality Team for the execution and continuous monitoring of services designed to improve clinical quality performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Nursing required. Master of Science in Nursing or related field preferred (MBA, MHA).
7+ years of Nurse leadership experience required.Current California RN License required.
BLS Certification required.
