Responsibilities
Job Summary The candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of existing products and strategies, focusing on operations, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial analysis, research, client presentations, and marketing/client services.They will also contribute to the development of new product strategies and collaborate with various corporate teams, including portfolio management, finance, legal, performance, research, and marketing/client services.
Primary Responsibilities- Oversee performance, capital flow, allocations, and operations for the companys product strategies.
- Model cash flow scenarios and create financial analyses using centralized data.
- Maintain critical investment data, trendlines, and themes in collaboration with portfolio management and finance teams.
- Develop presentation decks, analyses, and memorandums for senior management and investors.
- Support the marketing, investor onboarding, and client servicing of product strategies in coordination with distribution teams, trustees, and fund administrators.
- Draft responses for investor/consultant due diligence and reporting requests.
- Ensure product operational compliance and risk management processes are upheld.
- Conduct competitive analyses, review industry trends, and work on special projects.
- Assist in designing and implementing new product strategies.
- Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 required.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, finance, product management, or related fields (1-2 years with an MBA or masters degree in a business-related field).
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Strong interest in a dynamic, complex field with evolving opportunities and players.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data sets to produce clear, concise charts and tables.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and collaborative mindset.
