Responsibilities

Job Summary The candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of existing products and strategies, focusing on operations, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial analysis, research, client presentations, and marketing/client services.

They will also contribute to the development of new product strategies and collaborate with various corporate teams, including portfolio management, finance, legal, performance, research, and marketing/client services.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee performance, capital flow, allocations, and operations for the companys product strategies.
  • Model cash flow scenarios and create financial analyses using centralized data.
  • Maintain critical investment data, trendlines, and themes in collaboration with portfolio management and finance teams.
  • Develop presentation decks, analyses, and memorandums for senior management and investors.
  • Support the marketing, investor onboarding, and client servicing of product strategies in coordination with distribution teams, trustees, and fund administrators.
  • Draft responses for investor/consultant due diligence and reporting requests.
  • Ensure product operational compliance and risk management processes are upheld.
  • Conduct competitive analyses, review industry trends, and work on special projects.
  • Assist in designing and implementing new product strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 required.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, finance, product management, or related fields (1-2 years with an MBA or masters degree in a business-related field).
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interest in a dynamic, complex field with evolving opportunities and players.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data sets to produce clear, concise charts and tables.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and collaborative mindset.
