Job Summary

MOXFIVE is actively seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team to accelerate the growth of the MOXFIVE Platform. As an Associate Director, you will focus your time and energy on developing relationships with law firms, insurance carriers, insurance brokers, and private equity firms with the objective of growing company revenue.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage effective working relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Meeting activity primarily focused across law firms, insurance carriers, insurance brokers, and private equity firms
  • Schedule and coordinate presentations, trainings, and webinars with key accounts and relationships
  • Attend in-person business meetings and conferences as appropriate
  • Identify new opportunities to increase revenue within legal and insurance channel
  • Collaborate with MOXFIVE Technical Advisors, who lead the technical direction of our engagements, to identify additional product or services opportunities
  • Strategize with MOXFIVE Partner Ecosystem members to drive net-new business
  • Negotiate contracts and close new opportunities to drive profitable business for MOXFIVE
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity of the CRM and facilitating quote generation to further improve MOXFIVE customer experience

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development and sales experience within a technology company
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player
  • Possess a mindset that customer satisfaction is paramount
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects at a time, while maintaining close attention to detail
  • In depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM software and quote generation
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships
Preferred

  • Experience within the Incident Response/Forensics industry
