Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Fiduciary Tax Services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client-focused service standards are met, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and maintaining compliance with internal policies, as well as federal and state laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fiduciary Tax Services team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Relationship Building: Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate risks, maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Skill Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop tax administrative skills under the guidance of the team.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Communication: Utilize excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Administrative support of Fiduciary Tax Services as well as achieving client focused service standards and complying with Bank standards and policies and federal and state laws.
- Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners.
- Manage risk by identifying and escalating risks promptly.
- The candidate should have strong administrative and organization skills.
- The candidate should have a willingness to be taught and learn tax administrative skills.
- Able to work in a multi-task environment and deliver results.
- Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills. Accounting, finance degree preferred but not required.
