As a Staff Account Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Conduct intercompany reconciliations with foreign locations
Handle and enter bills into company preferred software NetSuite (NS)
Perform bank reconciliations using company preferred software
Monitor and manage Net Asset and Net Lease program in company preferred software
Carry out accounting duties as an accountant
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the general ledger
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close
Ensure compliance with Oracle and SAP systems
Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.

The Ideal Staff Accountant will meet the following Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
Possess strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations is necessary
Must be able to manage General Ledger effectively
Experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries is required
Should be able to handle tasks related to Month End Close smoothly
Familiarity with NetSuite is a must
Proficiency in Oracle software is necessary
Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks is required
Knowledge and experience in using SAP for accounting and finance-related tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary
Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
