Responsibilities:- Efficiently review and interpret PDF files for data entry purposes
- Accurately input data into our designated software
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
- Correspond with customers via email to resolve inquiries
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for regular tasks
- Schedule appointments as necessary
- Ensure accuracy in all tasks and maintain high-quality records
- Actively monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts. • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a detail-oriented manner
- Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and speed in updating company databases
- Experience in managing email correspondence efficiently, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, offering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, charts, and formulas
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization
- Experience in creating visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents
- Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for staff.
