We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal with our law firm client near the Biltmore in Phoenix. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will be vital in managing and coordinating case files, providing customer service, and (preferably) utilizing your Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to client inquiries effectively and promptly
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents
• Coordinate case intake procedures
• Request and analyze medical records as needed
• Move files to settlement in a timely manner
• Use Spanish language skills to communicate with bilingual clients
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate client records
• Actively participate in the resolution of client issues
• Monitor client accounts and take necessary actions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal setting
• Proven ability to draft legal documents with precision and accuracy
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting medical records
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns effectively
• Fluency in Spanish language, both written and spoken, is required
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legal documents
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools
• Must uphold the highest level of confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
