Data Architect: III (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into comprehensive data models
• Provide consultation and support to database users and developers
• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data
• Evaluate client operations applications and programming for API management and Microservices to identify database structural necessities
• Assess database implementation procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Install and organize information systems to ensure company functionality
• Prepare database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams
• Recommend improvements for new and existing database systems
• Educate and support staff members through training on database systems
• Research new technologies to update knowledge and improve database systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential
• Experience in database development, implementation, and workstation support
• Familiarity with retail and financial services sectors
• Strong planning and budget processes skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with the C-Suite and negotiate effectively
• Proven experience in operations and procedures management
• A solid background in engineering, programming, and statistics
• Strong research analysis skills
• Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically with HealthCare.gov, is a plus
• Ability to provide consultation and training services
• Expertise in managing timelines for various projects
• Previous exposure to the retail sector is advantageous.
