Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Medical Office Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for patient electronic scheduling and registration.- Scheduling and Registration: Coordinate patient appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and optimize provider schedules.
- Insurance and Payments: Verify benefits, manage referrals, communicate financial obligations, and collect payments.
- Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by providing clear instructions and contributing to satisfaction initiatives.
