Systems Engineer

We are searching for a meticulous Systems Engineer to join our team based in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves a focus on migrating systems from HubSpot to O365, including setting up test environments, configuring email systems, and ensuring seamless communication between newly acquired companies' legacy mail servers and our O365 Exchange server.
This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with the possibility of working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration process from HubSpot CRM platform to O365 Exchange server, ensuring smooth transition for over 100 users
- Set up test environment for projects, verifying the functionality and efficiency of systems before full implementation
- Configure HubSpot email systems to facilitate inbound and outbound communication with our O365 Exchange server
- Manage customer accounts, proactively identifying and addressing issues
- Collaborate with a global team, ensuring effective communication and coordination for efficient project execution
- Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, DELL EMC Technologies, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Automation, AWS Technologies, Backup Technologies, HubSpot, Microsoft Exchange Server, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange, and Email servers to achieve project goals.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of DELL EMC Technologies and Dell Technologies
- Proficiency in Automation and AWS Technologies
- Experience with Backup Technologies and HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Exchange
- Experience working with Email servers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without must be eligible to work in the U.S..
