This is a senior-level role responsible for analyzing, designing, and measuring learning programs for employee development and training delivery. The position involves creating supportive content and reinforcement for training initiatives. The primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and behaviors to perform their roles safely and effectively.This role also manages the onboarding program and new employee orientation process.
Key Responsibilities:
