Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Clifton Park, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to employee call-ins, liaise with supervisors/directors to keep them informed
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing resumes from job sites and coordinating with directors to schedule interviews
• Handle onboarding and orientation processes, including distributing and checking completion of onboarding paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring training materials are viewed
• Schedule meetings with directors as part of the onboarding process
• Conduct background checks to ensure compliance
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other ATS systems for efficient workflow
• Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy
• Perform other related duties as needed to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
