We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist/Secretary in Yonkers, New York. The role is based in the Automotive industry and will involve a wide range of administrative duties including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage customers in an organized manner
• Accurately screen and process customer paperwork
• Maintain an efficient queuing system for customers
• Accurately enter passing vision test results into computer systems
• Conduct vision tests and grade the results
• Coordinate photo shoots for driver's licenses
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Proctor tests as required.
• Proficiency in Customer Service activities and procedures
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software or similar time management tools
• Knowledge of Medical Coverage policies and procedures
• Experience in executing Receptionist Duties in a professional setting
• Ability to manage and organize Paperwork effectively and efficiently
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders
• Proven ability to Assist Customers, ensuring satisfaction and prompt service
• Experience in coordinating Photo Shoots is a plus
• Familiarity with ST Microcontroller technology or similar tools
• Proficiency in using MS Great Plains Dynamics software or similar financial management tools
