Human Resources Business Partner

In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant to management on all human resource-related matters, championing employee needs and driving positive change. You will assess and anticipate HR-related requirements, communicate proactively with HR and business partners, and develop tailored solutions that support our organizational goals.By forming strategic partnerships across the HR function, you’ll deliver value-added services that enhance both employee experience and business performance.

Compensation: $85-95k/yrTravel: This position requires frequent travel to provide on-site HR support at our field locations located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with leadership to create HR strategies that support organizational and business goals.
- Provide expert input on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues fairly and consistently.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts and guiding managers.
Talent and Performance Management:
- Support performance management and assist in career development initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate on programs to strengthen employee skills.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning.
Change Management:
- Support organizational restructuring and change initiatives.
- Guide employees through transitions with clear communication and support.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Partner on compensation decisions and ensure fairness.
- Assist with the annual compensation review process.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI efforts to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Track HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to travel frequently to offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
