Inside Sales Specialist

This role will also involve participating in sales functions and acting as a single point of contact for major accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and outside sales team with inquiries and orders
• Manage and process sales orders and purchase orders efficiently
• Provide support to product managers
• Maintain a proactive role in sales functions such as Budget Meetings
• Act as a single point of contact for a major account
• Work with CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer data and generate reports
• Basic knowledge of assembly and machining print reading
• Respond to and manage incoming calls from customers
• Understand and navigate buying processes to assist customers.
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or relevant role
• Proficiency in using About Time software
• Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Understanding of Buying Processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
