We are looking for a skilled Manager of IT/Project Management to oversee and drive the technology and project management initiatives within our Output Solutions division. This individual will be essential in coordinating cross-departmental teams, managing IT assets, and ensuring the timely and successful execution of projects aligned with the division's strategic objectives.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and prioritize IT projects and initiatives to support the Output Solutions division's objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and successfully complete projects within timelines and budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define clear project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Manage IT resources to ensure the systems' performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide consistent project status reports and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and growth within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT management and project management roles.
  • strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software relevant to the Output Solutions sector.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • PMP certification or an equivalent credential (preferred).
