Part-time Accounting Clerk

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in the accounting field? Join our client’s accounting team in the restaurant industry as a Part-Time Accounting Clerk! This contract position offers up to 20 hours per week and is perfect for individuals continuing accounting education or those with some accounting background who are eager to continue working.

As an Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will include processing invoices, printing checks, conducting bank runs, assisting with bi-weekly payroll, and performing daily accounting administrative tasks. You will also handle multi-entity processing, manage 3rd party fees and sales tax, support month-end close activities, and process payouts.

To be successful in this role, some experience in accounting is required, whether through college coursework or prior experience. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to expand their accounting skills, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
