Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect with deep legal domain expertise to join our team in New York City. This is a hybrid role with in office attendance 2-3 times a week.

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in helping our clients in the above fields design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Neota Logic platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to solution deployment and ongoing support and develop Building Blocks and AI agents to speed client deployment of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting:
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, particularly legal professionals, to understand their unique business challenges, goals, and objectives within the legal context.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easily understandable language for legal professionals and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner with a deep understanding of the legal landscape.

Scope Management:

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify success criteria, specifically tailored to the needs of legal clients.
• Develop detailed project plans and documentation, ensuring alignment with client expectations, legal industry best practices, and Neota Logic standards.
• Proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies, considering the specific challenges and complexities of legal projects.

Solution Design:

• Design and develop innovative solutions using the Neota Logic platform, leveraging AI and automation capabilities to address the unique needs and challenges of legal clients.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with legal industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve solution design, incorporating feedback from legal professionals and other stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Be an experienced project manager to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to timelines and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify potential roadblocks specific to legal projects.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status and performance, tailoring communication to the legal audience.

• LLB or JD or higher, in additon to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. This role requires both qualifications. Additional Debating, Gaming, Chess and/or Music are also appreciated.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical or consulting role, preferably within the legal field, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions for legal clients.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, particularly as they apply to legal technology.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with a focus on their applications in the legal sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with legal professionals and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
