Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will design ideas using various methods and tools and translate them into seamless, functional, and user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and create user personas to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, customer feedback, and usability findings.
  • Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and design language across all digital platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback and testing.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and with high quality.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills in web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (preferred but not required).
