WE WELCOME

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to join our regional Internal Communications team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and storytelling within a global luxury retail group.

You will support the creation and execution of communication strategies that align with our company values, enhance employee experience, and foster a strong sense of community across our teams.

YOU ARE

A passionate and enthusiastic student, curious about seeing and participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, & accessories industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, and presentations.

Campaign Support: Help develop and execute internal campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and align employees with the company’s vision and strategy.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Digital Communications: Manage and update content on the company intranet, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.

Feedback Collection: Help design and administer surveys to gather employee feedback and contribute to the analysis of results to identify trends and improvement areas.

Brand Alignment: Ensure internal messaging reflects the company’s luxury brand identity and values.

Project Assistance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to internal communications and corporate culture.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a passion for luxury retail, brand storytelling, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our 10-week Summer Internship Program. (June 2nd – August 8th)
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
