Full Charge Bookkeeper - Westbury

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team located in Westbury, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial details, including managing financial data entries, generating reports, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial details and manage financial data entries.
• Generate financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
• Proactively track the company's financial status and performance to predict future revenue and expenses.
• Utilize accounting software to process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
• Develop and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights to senior management.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure the company's financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare tax returns accurately and on time to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.
• Handle the company's annual budget and cash flow analysis.
• Manage all accounting transactions, post previous transactions, and reconcile the company's financial accounts. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Knowledge of Computerized Accounting System is essential.
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software is necessary.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.
• Ability to prepare Annual Budgets is needed.
• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is required.
