Responsibilities- MIG WELDER
- Extensive knowledge of general tools of general use to complete mechanic repairs
- (Wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems
- Knowledge of machines
- Basic knowledge in welding
- Machine troubleshooting and repairs Charging Voltages: 3 PH 480 VAC, 3 PH 208 VAC, 1 PH 120 VAC.
o Control Voltages: 24 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 4-20 ma., 0-20 ma.
Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and systems- Extensive knowledge in motors and transmissions: The plant has motors from 1/6 HP to 100 HP 3 PH 480 VAC. As well as transmissions of various proportions
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- Maintenance
- Electrical
- PLC maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Hydraulics
- pneumatic (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Mechanical Maintenance

- Blueprints
