Payroll Administrator

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in STOCKTON, California. The role is for a Payroll Administrator in the industry. The workplace is a fast-paced environment where you will be using various accounting software systems including ADP and Ceridian.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage payroll procedures and processes
• Use accounting software systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian effectively
• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions
• Perform accounting functions and conduct auditing when necessary
• Utilize Crystal Reports and About Time software
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Monitor and take appropriate actions on customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Payroll Administrator
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge in using Ceridian
• Ability to generate Crystal Reports
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Understanding of various Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions
