Help Desk Analyst I

We are in need of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in the consumer products industry, located in Stamford, Connecticut. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst I, your responsibility will involve handling and resolving technical issues, maintaining our IT equipment inventory, and providing off-site support when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update tickets in accordance with the Incident management workflow
  • Oversee the configuration and deployment of new machines
  • Ascertain the impact and urgency of incidents and support requests to determine priority
  • Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher levels
  • Maintain a structured knowledgebase of solutions and records
  • Execute project tasks within the stipulated timeframe
  • Assist with login requests including additions, changes, and deletions
  • Conduct basic preventive maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the environment
  • Provide off-site support on an as-needed basis. • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Knowledge of Cisco Technologies
  • Experience with Citrix Technologies
  • Familiarity with Mac Computers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Apple Devices
  • Understanding of Computer Hardware
  • Experience in Configuration Management
  • Familiarity with Deployments
