Overview:

We are seeking a Revenue Excellence Operations Manager who can provide strategic partnership and operational expertise to support the continued growth of our Public Sector business. Revenue Operations at UiPath partners closely with sales leadership to execute against our revenue targets, deliver meaningful insights to inform critical decision-making, and collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and implement strategies, programs, and processes to generate consistent and scalable growth.

Reporting to our Enterprise Revenue Operations Leader, this manager-level individual contributor role will have a significant impact on both the Americas sales organization and the broader company. This position will directly interact with executive leadership, channel and field sellers, as well as peers throughout the global Strategy & Operations organization at UiPath.

What you'll do at UiPath:

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities and present actionable insights to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the Public Sector vertical
  • Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue, and elevate our go-to-market execution teams
  • Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes
  • Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount/organizational management
  • Drive operational excellence and rigor across forecasting and other critical GTM processes
  • Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, PowerBI, and Clari
  • Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements
  • Provide ongoing analysis and development of scalable and controlled business processes & playbooks
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Commercial Desk, Sales Technologies, and Finance

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or revenue/sales operations
  • Strong working experience with Salesforce
  • Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
