Job Description- Overseeing all stages of project life cycle
- Managing construction crew and ensuring safety regulations are adhered to
- Executing detailed project plans and meeting deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Monitoring budget and ensuring resources are used efficiently
- Completing project paperwork and reports
- Ensuring quality construction standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- An educational background in Construction, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proven record of managing commercial construction projects to successful completion
