Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the DAS Superintendent is responsible for conducting site surveys for DAS projects and capturing notes, communicate technical documentations, strong skills with emphasis on safety, quality, customer experience, and on time delivery.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do- DAS installation in both carrier and public safety spaces
- Understand different OEM and connection types
- Experience conducting site surveys for DAS projects and capturing notes to help with the design and bill of material
- Should have fusion splicing experience (single and mass)
- Should also be experienced working with coaxial cable and installing connectors manufactured by JMA and CommScope/Andrew, RFS
- Must be an expert in areas associated with PIM, Sweep, Spectrum Analyzer, and OTDR as well as coaxial cable and connector installation
- Must have experience with installation and commissioning of various DAS equipment manufactured by Comba, Fiplex, Honeywell, and/or JMAe and other
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate technical documentation, specifications, and RF data sheet
- Travel will be involved with this position; must be willing to travel within specified regions to cover projects of varying lengths up to several weeks at a time
- Should have strong leadership skills with emphasis on safety, quality, customer experience, communication, and on time delivery
- Strong computer skills are required with experience using Microsoft Office products Should have effective time management and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills are a must
- Should be proactive with a sense of urgency, adaptable to change and eager to learn new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Must be very well organized
- installation complete DAS systems
- Training of other personnel/ Strong emphasis on safety
- Facilitating inspections
- Code knowledge is required for all applicable ERRCS codes
- Installation of EMT systems and knowledge of applicable NEC code
- Interpretation of CDs and adjustments of as-builts
Qualifications:
What You Will Need- High school diploma or equivalent

- This position is considered medium work. Exerting up to fifty pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to thirty pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to sit at a computer workstation and work for prolonged periods; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
- Body agility is emphasized. This factor is important if the amount and kind of climbing required exceeds that required for ordinary locomotion; stooping, bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist; kneeling, bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees; crouching, bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine; crawling, moving about on hands and knees or hands and feet; and grasping, applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Hourly Position/Non-Exempt Status
- Days of work are: Monday through Friday. Some evenings required.
- Travel to job sites/ markets as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

The pay range for this position in California is $30-40/hr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered).This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on the market location.
