Job Description
  • Project Oversight: Direct and supervise all aspects of construction activities from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Budget Adherence: Monitor project budgets, manage resources effectively, and address cost variances in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work for quality assurance and resolve any issues to maintain project standards and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, with a strong portfolio of warehouse, multifamily, and healthcare projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Lehigh Valley region.
