Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure documents are easily accessible and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to staff, clients, and external partners.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
- High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
