Job Description
Responsibilities of the Project Executive includes:
- Manage Contracts: Oversee Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
- Issue Agreements: Prepare and distribute Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
- Understand Financials: Ensure thorough knowledge of project estimates and budgets.
- Engage Authorities: Build relationships with local officials to aid project progress.
- Track Costs: Maintain up-to-date cost forecasts.
- Inform Field Teams: Keep Field Staff aware of financial updates.
- Approve Invoices: Review and authorize subcontractor and supplier payments.
- Lead Projects: Provide steady guidance throughout construction.
- Communicate Progress: Keep all parties updated on progress and issues.
- Ensure Scheduling: Collaborate daily with Project Management on scheduling.
- Visit Sites: Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and timeline adherence.
- Oversee Closeout: Coordinate closeout procedures with Field Staff and Owners.
- Train Staff: Prepare team members for advancement and manage digital assets.
- Oversee Design: Lead and approve design projects to meet high standard

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Project Executive candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, and project estimating.
- Exceptional leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and initiative.
