- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll and employee benefits efficiently
- Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now for effective HR management
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to ensure smooth data communication
- Competency in using Ceridian for HR management, payroll, and employee benefits
- Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) to optimize workforce productivity
- Ability to manage Benefit Functions, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with staff at all levels
- Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in the transport industry
- Proven track record in handling Employee Relations and resolving disputes
- Experience in Hiring Processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates.
