Job Description
Reporting directly into the Vice President of R&D and New Product Development, you will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
- Oversee phase/gate stages of projects
- Manage specific product lines and make improvements as needed
- Ensure workflows, processes and products comply with regulations
- Update and improve products lines

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience
- Plastics experience required
- Knowledge of phase gate process
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in working with customers
- Project management experience
- Local candidate or ability to relocate on own accord
