Job Description
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to develop and execute quality plans.
- Analyze production and process data to identify trends and areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions.
- Oversee supplier quality performance, ensuring vendors meet the companies quality requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection plans, testing protocols, and quality reports.
- Train and mentor team members on quality processes, standards, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the quality team and customers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Quality Engineer will have:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and SPC.
- Familiarity with statistical software and quality management systems (e.g., Minitab, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
