Radiation Therapist - Precision Treatment Specialist

Job Summary:

Administer high-quality radiation therapy treatments with a focus on safety, accuracy, and patient comfort. Work closely with the oncology team to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Operate radiation therapy equipment to deliver prescribed treatments.
• Review imaging to ensure accurate positioning and treatment area targeting.
• Document treatment details and patient progress in the EMR system.
• Monitor and address patient reactions to therapy, reporting any concerns.
• Participate in chart rounds and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT certification mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in radiation therapy.
• Knowledge of Varian TrueBeam and Mosaiq EMR highly preferred.
