Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls about collision auto parts, helping customers with availability and pricing.
  • Use our systems to process orders, check online orders, and handle returns or exchanges for collision auto body parts.
  • Call customers to update them on their orders, confirm account info, and make sure we have the right business details.
  • Understand collision auto body parts well to answer questions and solve problems for our customers.
  • Support customers while following our rules, balancing what they need with what our company needs.
  • Let customers know why PartsAuthority is a good choice when it comes to all of their automobile repair needs, emphasizing things like complete inventory of collision auto body parts and mechanical parts, easy ordering, and quick returns.
  • Keep good records of all your talks with customers, especially about collision auto body parts.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a true Team Player!
  • Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Positive attitude and engaging personality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including attentive listening, understanding, and timely follow-up on customer requests.
  • Precise handling of customer issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Open to training
